Design of hydraulic systems
TME Fluid Power is your first point of contact for all your hydraulic needs, providing a full service package from conception through to installation.
With the use of 3D CAD and simulation systems, we can deliver all types of hydraulic projects such as power packs, test benches, special application machinery and lubrication systems with the visual representation that is becoming a necessity in the industry.
Each hydraulic system is delivered with a full manual, which can consist of a components data sheet, user manual, electric schematic, hydraulic schematic and images of the unit through to a full proportional and servo valve system.
Our entire realisations are fully certified, and can be adapted for use in the oil and gas industry.
We also have the full use of the MKW group capacity in machining, fabrication and painting.
Prevention and corrective maintenance
Our experienced team of hydraulic engineers are trained to diagnose any fault on industrial or special machinery. We provide a full service of hydraulic components, including repair and maintenance and operate a 24* hour break down service, helping to minimise down time.
Our test plan also incorporates control of pressure, flow, temperature, oil monitoring and internal and external leakage.
Fluid monitoring and conditioning
TME Fluid Power also provide an on-site oil monitoring service. This can be conducted on all types of hydraulic systems and where necessary, conditioning of the oil can be arranged to avoid systematic replacement.
Fluid monitoring and conditioning is extremely important in order to avoid the following:

On site installation:
We are fully equipped to carry out onsite flexible or hydraulic piping (DIN "EO lok", JIC "triple lok", wallform, welded, etc..).
Our engineers are also trained and registered to assemble Swagelok fittings.
We can produce any type of hydraulic pipework either on-site or in-house and all our products are delivered with a certificate of conformity.
Our equipment includes:
- JIC flaring machine
- DIN fitting flaring machine
- Wallform flaring machine
All equipment is easily transportable, and can release stainless or carbon steel hydraulic pipes.
Improvement of existing installation:
TME Fluid Power are also fully capable of modifying an existing hydraulic schematic to suit your new requirements.
We will then manufacture, install, connect (hydraulic and electric) the new system.
Maintenance and repair of hydraulic components
We are also specialised in the repair and test of hydraulic cylinders.
On request our team of engineers will come on site to remove and install the cylinders after overhaul from industrial equipment, plant equipment, road equipment or agricultural equipment.
We can also overhaul and test any type of hydraulic components.

All overhaul equipment is:
- Pressure tested on test bench
- Fully certified and test certificate issued
- Recorded in our database for traceability
Hire of oil conditioning equipment
Hydac Particle counters, Flushing rigs are also available to condition oil and hydraulic pump tester to check the correct volumetric efficiency at high pressure.
